How do you feel about the holiday season looming ahead? Dread, happiness, a mixture of the two? The average person puts on half a stone over Christmas and takes three months to lose it. So we need a strategy to deal with the challenges. Eat the good food; turkey, vegetables, gravy, what’s the problem? And some pudding, it’s Christmas after all and it can be enjoyed, so no guilt here. Is there a danger it won’t stop at that? Here are some reasons we might continue to treat ourselves long after the main event.
